It is easy to drive the display with Arduino using the u8glib library since it is an SPI interface display. However, you will need a level translator to make it work with Arduino since the logic voltage of the module is 3.3V. The module can support an operating voltage range of 3.3V to 5V, but you will need a logic level translator if you are using a 5V MCU, like the Arduino Uno, to control the display module.
The default interface of the module is SPI, but you can switch it to I2C by changing the SPI resistor to I2C position at the backside. The module also supports multi-language and provides transparent communication for designers to save their program adjustment time. Additionally, the module’s extension bus can connect various customized devices such as motion control, temperature control, communication modules, and I/O modules, among others.
